Suzanne Bennett
Suzanne has worked in corporate communications for 20 years and has an academic background in strategic marketing. She has advised FTSE100 companies on rebrands and restructures and led high profile government behavioural change campaigns that have shaped public and industry behaviours.
Prior to setting up Macbeth Lankester she was formerly Group Board Director at Camargue, one of the UK’s leading corporate communications agencies. She ran integrated campaigns for a range of clients including the Forestry Commission, Balfour Beatty, BAM, CITB, De La Rue, South West Tourism and Tata Steel.
Katie Cole
Katie is an Account Director and digital specialist. She joined in 2023, bringing over 15 years’ experience in marketing across both agency and in-house roles.
She has led campaigns across a diverse client base, including automotive marketing for brands such as Bentley and Škoda, alongside work with medical boards in London and Sydney and heritage food producer Wilkin & Sons.
With a strong strategic marketing lens, she combines creative thinking with commercial focus, translating complex ideas into clear, engaging communications. Passionate about data-led digital marketing, Katie specialises in targeted paid social and search campaigns and is Google and LinkedIn accredited, bringing technical expertise together with a thoughtful, results-driven approach to digital strategy.
Michelle Guy
With over 20 years in print and digital publishing, Michelle brings a wealth of content strategy experience to our team. She supports clients with their marketing and brand content plans, shaping campaigns and collateral to showcase their expertise across a range of different media channels.
With a background in editorial, Michelle is known for creating clear briefs and no-nonsense copy. She prides herself on being personable and forming collaborative relationships with her clients. When out of the office, you can find her on a tennis court (attempting to play doubles), reading a good book with a cuppa or coaxing her kids out for a family walk.
Ellen Smith
Ellen is a Marketing and PR Executive who supports clients with creative social content and day-to-day marketing activity. Working closely with account managers, she brings campaigns to life with a focus on social assets and client collateral.
With a background across agency and in-house roles, Ellen is known for her creative eye, attention to detail and friendly, collaborative approach.
Outside of work, she enjoys photography, singing along to music, following sport and, of course, a good cup of tea.
